Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to a business enquiry you have initiated — and, where relevant, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

We retain enquiry data for 12 months from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted.

This website uses an AI-assisted chatbot. Conversations may be processed by AI tools in order to generate a response. AI is used to support, not replace, human judgement — every enquiry is reviewed by a person. No conversation data is used to train AI models.
